Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate should be proactive, organized, and have good communication skills to handle hiring activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals and other channels
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain candidate database and records
Understand hiring requirements from the company
Ensure timely closure of open positions
Requirements:
Fresher or minimum experience in HR/Recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
