Trainee Credit Officer (TCO)

Job Description of a Trainee Credit Officer:

• Assess and analyze customers' credit scores and financial history to determine their risk profile.
• Approve or reject loan applications based on risk assessment and bank policies.
• Prepare and explain repayment plans to customers, including monthly installment amounts, interest rates, and other associated charges.
• Communicate decisions clearly to both customers and management, providing reasoning and financial details where necessary.
