Job Description
Hotel Manager – Roomssolution, Patna
Location: Patna, Bihar
Job Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel staff.
- Ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Manage room bookings and daily occupancy.
- Handle billing, cash, and basic daily reports.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream)
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication and a positive attitude.
- Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.
Salary & Benefits
