Job Description

Office Location: Bankan Colony, 800020


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Hire for roles such as Developers, QA/Testing, DevOps/Cloud Engineers, Data/Analytics and so on. 
  • Source candidates through  job portals ( LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, etc.) ,and referrals
  • Use Boolean search techniques for targeted sourcing
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/technical interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up for feedback
  • Manage offer negotiation and candidate onboarding
  • Maintain candidate database/ATS and track hiring metrics
