Property: Hotel Jiya Grand (50 Rooms + 2 Banquet Halls)

Location: Patna, Bihar

Hotel Jiya Grand is looking for an experienced and professional Hotel Operations Expert to oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills and extensive knowledge of hospitality management.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage overall hotel operations efficiently.
• Supervise and lead all hotel departments and staff.
• Handle guest relations and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and control Front Office operations.
• Manage Housekeeping teams and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Oversee Kitchen and Food & Beverage operations.
• Coordinate and manage Banquet operations and events.
• Recruit, train, and motivate staff members.
• Implement and maintain operational SOPs and service standards.
• Control operational costs and improve profitability.
• Handle vendor management and procurement processes.
• Monitor online reviews, guest feedback, and service quality.
• Prepare operational reports and performance analyses for management.
• Desired Qualifications:Proven experience in hotel operations management.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Kitchen, F&B, and Banquet operations.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle day-to-day hotel operations independently.
• Experience working in hotels with multiple departments and banquet facilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
