Job Description
Position Overview
We are looking for a responsible, active, and well-organized Service Coordinator Cum Accountant who can manage healthcare service operations, patient coordination, staff deployment, customer support, attendance management, and accounting work efficiently.
The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth patient care services and proper operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination Responsibilities
Coordinate and deploy Care Takers, Home Nurses, and Patient Attendants at patient residences.
Manage 8 hrs, 12 hrs, and 24 hrs duty scheduling.
Arrange immediate replacement staff during leave or emergency situations.
Maintain regular communication with patients and families.
Listen to service-related issues and resolve complaints professionally.
Ensure smooth continuation of patient care services.
Monitor staff punctuality, discipline, and duty performance.
Maintain daily service records and staff attendance.
Coordinate with field staff and management team.
Documentation & Administrative Work
Prepare and manage service agreements with clients.
Generate quotations, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Maintain patient service files and documentation.
Handle WhatsApp, phone calls, and customer follow-ups.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Accounts & Cash Management
Maintain daily cash flow records.
Record expenses, payments, and collections.
Maintain billing and payment tracking.
Assist in monthly account closing and reporting.
Handle petty cash management.
Maintain Excel sheets and accounting entries.
Required Skills
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Strong coordination and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and billing work.
Basic accounting and cash management knowledge.
Ability to handle pressure and emergency situations.
Good calculation and record-keeping ability.
Professional behavior and leadership quality.
Preferred Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
Experience in healthcare coordination, home nursing services, or accounting preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and management skills may also apply.
