**What You Will Do:**

 * **Platform Management:** Take full ownership of our official

**YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram** accounts.

 * **Content Publishing:** Plan, schedule, and consistently post high-quality content across all channels.

 * **Optimization & SEO:** Ensure all YouTube videos are fully optimized (titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails) for maximum reach and engagement.

 * **Audience Engagement:** Actively monitor comments, reply to messages, and build a strong, positive community around the Teach Mania brand.

 * **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with our video editing and content teams to ensure all media is perfectly formatted and ready for social distribution.

 * **Analytics Tracking:** Keep an eye on the analytics and adjust posting strategies based on what drives the best performance.

### **What We’re Looking For:**

 * Proven experience managing and growing YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram accounts.

 * A solid understanding of how social media algorithms work, particularly for video-first and educational content.

 * Excellent copywriting skills for writing catchy, error-free captions and post descriptions.

 * Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of content without missing a beat.

 * A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
