Telesales Executive

Job Title: Tele Sales Executive (Wholesale – Stationery)

Location: Khazanchi Road, Patna

Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Tele Sales Executive who can close orders over phone with retailers and distributors. The role is focused on conversion, not just calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call existing and new customers (retailers, shopkeepers, wholesalers)
• Convince and close orders (A.S.) over phone
• Follow up on pending orders, dues, and inquiries
• Upsell and cross-sell products based on customer needs
• Maintain daily call records and order updates
• Coordinate with billing/dispatch team for smooth execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in tele sales / tele calling (sales role)
• Proven ability to convert calls into orders
• Strong communication & negotiation skills (Hindi required)
• Basic understanding of wholesale/trading business preferred
• Comfortable handling rejection and follow-ups
