Job Vacancy – Retention Sevika

Gender: Female

Age: 25 Years to 40 Years 

Location: Ranchi

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work-experience 

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with Gurukul team and company representatives for right expectations setting

2. Enable smooth joining formalities for candidates in companies

3. Timely resolution of issues faced by candidates during work to company management

4. Regular counselling and motivation of candidates for joining jobs & manage work pressures

5. Ensure timely collection of Joining letters & payslips with candidate signatures

6. Timely reporting of dropouts and enable rejoining of interested alumni candidates

Required Ability:

1. Should be able to communicate in basic English and fluent in Hindi

2. Should be able to understand the client requirements & communicate candidate issues

3. Should be able to document expenses & requirements as per required template

4. Should be able to respond using emails, whatsapp and use excel based reporting

5. Should be able to drive a scooty for local movement, if needed

Salary: Rs.30000/month. Performance linked incentives and incentives as per organization policy

Work Timings: 6 Days /week
