Job Description
Job Description Officer Sales – Liability Sales
Department: Liability Sales
Role: Field Sales
Responsibilities:
- Acquire CASA (Savings & Current Accounts) customers
- Open new accounts and cross-sell Bank products (Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.)
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Performance:
- 10–15 account openings per month
- Incentives through cross-selling
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (Freshers / Pass-outs)
- All semester mark sheets are mandatory
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- CIBIL score: 700+
Profile & Skills:
- Fresher with 4–5 months of experience
- Good communication, positive attitude, willingness to learn
- Training will be provided
Mandatory:
- Local candidate (within 8–10 km of branch)
- Max commute: 20 km
Special Benefit (Female Candidates):
- Subsidized two-wheeler loan after 3 months (as per Bank policy)
