Job Title: Taxation & Statutory Compliance Executive

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & expertise)

Job Summary:

Dealplex Solutions Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Taxation & Statutory Compliance Executive responsible for managing end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance, including GST, Income Tax (ITR), TDS, and statutory obligations such as PF & ESIC. The role requires hands-on expertise in filings, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance to ensure zero penalties and smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:A. GST Compliance (Indirect Taxation)

• Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
• Monthly reconciliation of sales, purchase, and input tax credit (ITC)
• Handling GST portal activities, notices, and queries
• Ensuring compliance with GST laws and audit requirements

B. Income Tax & ITR Filing (Direct Taxation)

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals and company
• Tax computation and advance tax calculation
• Assisting in tax assessments and responding to notices

C. TDS Compliance

• Deduction, calculation, and timely deposit of TDS
• Filing of quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, etc.)
• Issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16, 16A)
• Reconciliation of TDS with books and TRACES

D. PF & ESIC Compliance

• Monthly PF & ESIC calculation and return filing
• Employee registration, challans, and compliance tracking
• Coordination with HR and payroll team for statutory deductions

E. Accounting & Reconciliation

• Maintaining books of accounts in Tally/ERP
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Ensuring accuracy in financial records and compliance data

F. Audit & Regulatory Compliance

• Assisting in internal and statutory audits
• Maintaining proper documentation and compliance records
• Ensuring adherence to all statutory deadlines

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• 100% timely filing of GST, ITR, TDS, PF & ESIC returns
• Zero penalties or compliance delays
• Accuracy in reconciliations and filings
• Effective handling of notices and queries
• Proper documentation and audit readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or CA Inter preferred
• 1–4 years of experience in taxation and statutory compliance
• Strong working knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDS regulations
• Hands-on experience in PF & ESIC compliance
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and government portals (GST, IT, EPFO, ESIC)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in FMCG / Startup / CA Firm environment
• Ability to manage multiple compliance tasks independently
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and accountability
• Good coordination skills with finance, HR, and external consultants
