Job Title: Accountant

Job SummaryBrightNok Laundry is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, invoicing, vendor payments, and reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping practices.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and manage invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
- Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Monitor receivables and payable accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and expense statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Support payroll and salary processing activities.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
- Preferred SkillsExperience in service industry accounting.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and operational accounting.
