Ensure high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
Drive FIFO/FEFO adherence, stock consolidation, and shrinkage control.
Monitor ageing, non-moving, and slow-moving inventory; initiate actions in coordination with Supply Chain.
Maintain updated stock ledgers and ensure system-stock vs. physical-stock alignment.
3. Coordination & Stakeholder Alignment
Liaise with internal teams on order planning, stock requirements, and shipment priorities.
Work with Procurement on vendor deliveries, inward scheduling, and shortages.
Coordinate with Finance for invoicing, GST requirements, reconciliation, and POD closure.
Align with logistics partners and transporters for consistent delivery performance.
4. Compliance, Documentation & Governance
Ensure 100% accuracy in commercial documentation (invoices, delivery challans, E-way bills, etc.).
Maintain statutory records, audit readiness, and safety compliance across warehouse operations.
Manage returns, damages, RTV, and documentation for claims.
Ensure adherence to internal and external audit standards.
5. People Management & Productivity
Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse teams (supervisors, pickers, packers, loaders, documentation staff).
Plan manpower based on volume trends, peak periods, and operational load.
Drive performance metrics, discipline, and continuous improvement on the floor.
6. Systems & Process Excellence
Manage workflows on ERP/WMS systems for stock visibility, dispatch, and documentation.
Knowledge of Gensys WMS/ERP will be an added advantage.
Build and enforce SOPs for all warehouse operations.
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and cost optimisation.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, documentation, and dispatch management.
Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems; exposure to Gensys is beneficial.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, and execution capability.
Strong team leadership and floor management skills.
High ownership, process discipline, and ability to work in a high-velocity environment.
Experience & Qualification
5–9 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, inventory management, or logistics.
