Job Description
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, MS Excel, email communication.
- Confidence to interact with customers through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
- Strong willingness to learn new skills, business processes, and sales techniques.
- Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, orders, payments, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with technical, project teams, and vendors.
- Support purchase planning, material dispatch, and order execution.
- Maintain customer, enquiry, quotation, and sales records.
