Job Description

We are hiring a Business Growth & Client Operations Executive to manage lead qualification, prospective client communication, meeting scheduling, requirement gathering, proposal follow-ups and business conversion coordination. The selected candidate will also coordinate with internal teams, track project progress, maintain CRM records, support payment follow-ups and build strong long-term client relationships. We are looking for a confident, proactive, well-organised and result-oriented professional with strong communication skills, follow-up discipline and the ability to take complete ownership of assigned responsibilities.
