Job Description

Dedicated and hardworking QSR Team Member with experience in customer service, food preparation, cashier handling, and maintaining hygiene standards. Skilled in handling dine-in and takeaway orders, billing, order punching, and ensuring fast and accurate service during busy hours. Able to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining positive customer interactions and company service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and taking orders professionally

Handling cash, UPI, and billing transactions accurately

Preparing and serving food & beverages as per SOP

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in store and kitchen area

Managing dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders efficiently

Supporting team members during rush hours

Monitoring stock availability and informing seniors for shortages

Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving basic customer concerns

Following food safety, quality, and grooming standards , Cleanning

Assisting managers in daily store operations and opening/closing duties
