Job Description

Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and admission procedures.

Handle walk-ins, telephonic inquiries, and online leads professionally.

Explain course details, fees, eligibility, and career scope to students.

Follow up with prospective students for admissions and documentation.

Maintain daily reports of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team during campaigns and events.

Support pamphlet distribution, seminars, and student engagement activities when required.

Maintain professional communication and positive relationships with students
