Field Collection Executive

Job Title: Field Executive (Debt Recovery / Collections)Job OverviewWe are looking for a disciplined and result-oriented Field Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility will be visiting customer locations to facilitate the recovery of outstanding dues and maintain strong professional relationships. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with extensive local travel and possess excellent negotiation skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesField Visits: Perform daily visits to customer addresses for payment collection and debt recovery.
• Negotiation: Communicate effectively with customers to settle overdue accounts and explain repayment options.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all field visits, customer interactions, and collection statuses in the company CRM/App.
• Traceability: Assist in locating customers who have changed addresses or are otherwise unreachable.
• Compliance: Ensure all collection activities are conducted in accordance with legal guidelines and company policies.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass (as per your selection).
• Certification: Must possess a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate.
• Assets: Must own a Two-Wheeler Vehicle and have a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
• Skills: * Strong knowledge of Debt Recovery and Collection processes.
• 
  
• Familiarity with financial products like Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Health Insurance is a plus.
• Language: Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi (or other regional languages selected).
• Additional RequirementsProven experience of 6 months to 1 year in field sales or collections is preferred.
• High level of integrity and physical stamina for field-based work.
• Ability to work within a 10-25 km radius of the designated office area.
