We provide end-to-end vehicle movement and supply chain solutions to top automotive OEMs including Mahindra & Mahindra and Tata Motors.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to support our growing manpower requirements across plant locations and corporate functions. The candidate will manage end-to-end hiring for driver, operations, fleet, and office roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
• Post job requirements on portals including Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, and local job boards
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements across all locations
• Conduct telephonic and in-person screening interviews
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
• Manage joining formalities, document verification, and new employee induction
• Coordinate with operations teams at Chakan, Haridwar, Nashik, Igatpuri, and Zaheerabad for site-level hiring (drivers, helpers, supervisors)
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT
• Handle offer letter generation and employment agreement documentation
• Maintain HR MIS reports – hiring status, attrition, headcount

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in logistics, transport, or manufacturing sector
• Hands-on experience with job portals (Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi; English is a plus
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Ability to handle high-volume blue-collar and white-collar hiring simultaneously
• Strong follow-up skills and sense of urgency

Preferred Background

• Prior experience hiring for driver / fleet / warehouse / operations roles
• Familiarity with automotive or logistics industry manpower structure
• Knowledge of basic labour compliance (PF, ESIC, contract labour norms)
