Job Description
Description: HR Executive – HR Operations & PayrollPosition
Overview: The HR Executive – HR Operations & Payroll will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting HR operations. This role is critical in maintaining accurate employee records, delivering timely payroll, and enhancing employee experience through efficient HR practices.Additionally some of Recruitment
- Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll ManagementProcess monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
- Handle payroll reconciliations, full & final settlements, and generate payroll reports.
- Coordinate with Finance for salary disbursement and audits.
- HR OperationsMaintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Manage onboarding and exit formalities, including documentation and issuance of letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
- Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR operations.
- Compliance & ReportingPrepare and submit statutory returns and reports.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline payroll and HR processes.
- Support automation initiatives and HR system enhancements.
- Contribute to improving employee satisfaction through efficient HR services.
- Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in HRMS/Payroll software (SAP, ADP, Zoho, Naukri RMS, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Key AttributesIntegrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach to process improvement and compliance.
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
