HR Recruiter

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for hospitality roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for hotel positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
• Schedule and follow up on interviews and selection processes.
• Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Build a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Preferred SkillsExperience hiring for hotel roles such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, and Sales.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
