👩‍💼 About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive with experience in bulk hiring / BPO recruitment to manage the complete hiring and onboarding process for our Field Sales team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling high-volume recruitment, coordinating with candidates, and managing onboarding activities with a good understanding of HR operations.

• 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesManage bulk recruitment for Field Sales positions.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and coordinate with candidates.
• Handle candidate communication and interview scheduling.
• Manage joining formalities and documentation.
• Coordinate and conduct employee induction & onboarding.
• Maintain employee and recruitment-related records.
• Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for manpower requirements.
• Support basic HR & operational activities as required.
• Track recruitment status, joining, and onboarding data.
• 🎯 Requirements1+ year of experience in HR Recruitment / Bulk Hiring / BPO Hiring preferred.
• Experience in Field Sales hiring will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes.
• Candidates from Mumbai & Pune preferred.
