Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding to manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. The candidate will work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and ensure a smooth joining and onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to selection and joining.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

- Coordinate technical and management interviews with hiring teams.

- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, salary discussions, and offer process.

- Prepare recruitment MIS and track hiring performance.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

- Coordinate pre-joining documentation and verification.

- Manage joining formalities and employee induction.

- Coordinate with IT, Administration, and reporting managers for smooth onboarding.

- Support employer branding and recruitment activities.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in recruitment may also be considered.
