📝 Job Summary: Housing Yard is looking for a dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to handle residential and luxury property sales. The candidate will be responsible for client visits, property showings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- 🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- 🏘️ Handle residential, villa & plot sales
- 🚗 Conduct client visits & property showings
- 📞 Generate leads through field sales & marketing
- 🤝 Negotiate deals and close sales successfully
- 📊 Manage real estate portfolio & client database
- 🏢 Promote luxury apartments & premium properties
- 📝 Attend client meetings and follow-ups
- 🧩 Eligibility CriteriaAge: 18 – 35 years
- Gender: Both genders allowed
- Education: 12th Pass
- English: Basic English
- Experience: Minimum 6 Months
- Shift: Day (Full Time)
