Job Title: Financial Telecaller / Telecalling Executive Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Telecalling Executive to contact potential and existing customers over the phone and inform them about our financial products and services such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided data
• Explain financial products clearly and accurately
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions
• Generate leads and schedule follow-ups
• Maintain records of calls and customer responses
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company and financial regulations

Eligibility & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
• Good communication skills in [local language + English/Hindi]
• Basic knowledge of financial products (training provided)
• Ability to convince and handle customer queries
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Prior telecalling or financial sales experience is an advantage
