Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client meetings, property visits, negotiations, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence, and knowledge of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, field visits, and online platforms
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct property site visits with clients
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation
- Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain customer database and sales reports
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated about market trends and competitor projects
