Job Description: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate

Job Summary:  

The Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate is responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, providing project information, and scheduling site visits for the sales team. The role focuses on lead management, customer engagement, and supporting the sales closure process.

Key Responsibilities:

•Handle inbound-outbound calls and inquiries from potential customers   

•Provide accurate information about real estate projects, pricing, and offers  

•Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team  

•Follow up with prospects to ensure continuous engagement  

Job Requirements:  

Education: 12th Pass/Graduate  

Experience: fresher / or 1+ years of experience pre-sales, telecalling, or real estate sales support

Skills: 

•Strong follow-up and communication skills  

•Customer-oriented and detail-focused approach 

Other Requirements:

•Ability to work in a target-driven environment  

•Professional attitude and phone etiquette

Working Hours:

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM  

Compensation & Benefits: 

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month  

Performance-based incentive upto ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month based on target.

Performance Metrics:  

•Site visits scheduled  

•Data accuracy and follow-up quality
