Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Calls & Lead Generation
Make daily outbound calls to potential customers
Follow up on leads from WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and website
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
2. Sales Handling
Explain product details, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Manage complete sales pipeline (lead → follow-up → closure)
3. Sales Closure
Convert leads into confirmed orders
Negotiate pricing and finalize deals
Achieve monthly sales targets
Ensure timely payment collection and order confirmation
Required Skills:
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing
Confidence in handling customers on call and WhatsApp
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Business, CRM preferred)
