Job Description

We are seeking confident and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling site visits, conducting face-to-face client meetings, and closing property deals. We value professionals with strong communication skills and the ability to turn a "walk-in" into a "booking."

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Handle qualified leads shared by the presales and marketing teams to drive closures.
  • Site Presentations: Conduct professional site visits and explain project details, layouts, and amenities to prospective clients.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand customer requirements in-depth and recommend suitable property configurations.
  • Financial Guidance: Clearly explain pricing structures, flexible payment plans, current offers, and project specifications.
  • Deal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure a smooth and transparent deal closure process.
  • Active Follow-up: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure high conversion rates and timely bookings.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate client interaction records and update site visit statuses in the CRM.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets related to bookings and revenue generation.
  • Client Relations: Excellent verbal communication and professional client-handling skills.
  • Closing Prowess: Strong convincing and negotiation abilities to finalize high-value transactions.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle objections effectively and perform consistently under target pressure.
  • Relationship Management: Exceptional follow-up skills and the ability to build long-term rapport with buyers.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
