Job Description
Installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites
Routine maintenance and servicing of equipment
Diagnose and repair technical faults and breakdowns
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
Train customers on machine operations and basic troubleshooting
Maintain service reports, visit logs, and documentation
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support
Follow safety standards and company protocols
