Job Summary:

The Store Executive is responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory levels, and supporting the store’s overall performance. The role involves a combination of administrative duties, customer interactions, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide product information.

Process transactions accurately and handle cash or electronic payments.

Inventory Management:

Monitor stock levels and reorder products as necessary.

Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Ensure proper storage and display of merchandise.

Store Operations:

Assist in the setup and maintenance of store displays and promotional materials.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.

Sales and Promotion:

Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets.

Assist in implementing promotional events and marketing campaigns.

Administrative Tasks:

Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds as per store policy.

Team Support:

Work collaboratively with other store staff to achieve store objectives.

Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in retail management is a plus.

Previous experience in retail or a similar role is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
