Role Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller Executives to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will connect with potential drivers, explain the onboarding process, and support them through documentation and activation for Uber Systems India Pvt Ltd.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate data handling, and a great driver experience throughout the process.

• Responsibilities:1. Calling & Lead ManagementMake outbound calls to potential drivers and explain Uber’s registration and onboarding process.
• Follow up with interested drivers to complete documentation and activation.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and daily calling reports.
• 2. Driver Onboarding SupportAssist drivers with app downloads, registration, and required document submissions.
• Guide drivers through verification, training, and first-trip completion.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely account activation.
• 3. Communication & CoordinationHandle inbound queries related to driver onboarding or issues.
• Maintain polite and professional communication on every call.
• Share daily updates, leads, and conversion status with the reporting manager.
• 4. Compliance & ReportingEnsure all records are updated and maintained in the company system.
• Adhere to company policies, attendance, and telecalling scripts.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Requirements:Strong verbal communication skills (Marathi, Hindi, and basic English preferred).
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer support will be an advantage.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.

Work Details:🕘 Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Lunch Break: 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM)
