Sales Executive (Telecaller) / Business Development Executive — Kuber Finxpert
Location: Charholi budruk, Pune (On-site)
• Employment: Full-time
• Compensation: ₹8,000–₹25,000 (based on interview) + incentives
Open to: Freshers & Experienced (preference to candidates with stock-market knowledge)

Role Overview
Engage inbound/curated leads on phone/WhatsApp, understand learning goals, recommend relevant programs/services, manage objections, close enrollments, and maintain clean CRM records.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calling, referrals, social media, and field activities.
- Explain the benefits of Demat and Trading Accounts to potential clients.
- Assist customers with account opening and KYC documentation.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active clients.
- Achieve monthly account opening and revenue targets.
- Maintain client records and update CRM data.
- Build long-term relationships with clients for cross-selling financial products.
- Conduct investor awareness activities and promotional campaigns.
Daily Metrics & Targets (guidelines)
Talk-time: ~3.5–4.5 hrs/day
Follow-ups: as per schedule via calls/WhatsApp
Pipeline hygiene: 100% updated in CRM before day end
Closures: as per monthly target band set by Team Lead
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of stock market and financial products.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Smartphone and basic computer knowledge required.
Preferred: exposure/interest in stock markets (Nifty/BankNifty/Equities/Options)
Freshers welcome; prior tele-sales/inside-sales experience is a plus

Growth Path (3–12 months): Senior Advisor → Closer/Coach → Acting TL → Team Lead (based on performance)
Work Details
Shift: 9 hours (including breaks), 6 days/week, on-site at Charholi, Pune
Tools provided: dialer access, WhatsApp templates.
