Job Description
Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate
Location: 405, Icon Tower, Wakad.
Experience: 0–3 years (Real Estate experience preferred)
- Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls for property inquiries
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable projects
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with team
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
- Update CRM with accurate client data and call details
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- Basic understanding of real estate market is an advantage
- Good listening skills and customer-centric approach
- QualificationsGraduate / Undergraduate
- *Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service preferred
- Fixed salary + Attractive incentives
