Hiring: Telecalling Recovery Executive & Field Recovery
Open Positions1. Telecalling Recovery ExecutiveResponsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
- Maintain collection records and daily reports.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in loan/EMI/credit card recovery or collections.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle pressure and targets.
2. Field Recovery ExecutiveResponsibilities:
- Visit customers for payment collection and recovery follow-ups.
- Coordinate with office team for case updates.
- Submit daily visit and recovery reports.
- Handle field recovery cases professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience in field recovery/collections mandatory.
- Two-wheeler & valid driving license required.
- Good local area knowledge.
- Strong negotiation skills.
