Job Role: Telecaller – Loan Recovery (Collection Process)
Responsibilities:
Call customers for loan payment follow-up
Handle collection calls politely and professionally
Maintain daily call records and updates
Coordinate with team for payment tracking
Requirements:
Basic communication skills (Hindi/Marathi required)
Fresher or experienced both can apply
Basic mobile/computer knowledge
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: ₹13,000
Incentives: Average ₹4,000/month (performance-based)
Training will be provided
