Job Description

  • Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Videos & Podcast Content
  • Create short viral clips from long podcasts
  • Add subtitles, hooks, transitions, sound effects & engaging pacing
  • Edit motivational, business case study & storytelling videos
  • Create cinematic and emotional storytelling edits
  • Work on Spotify Podcast visuals and audio-video sync
  • Basic knowledge of camera handling/shoot support
  • Create attractive thumbnails for YouTube/Reels
  • Understand audience retention and social media trends
  • Maintain organized project files and backups
  • Deliver videos on time with proper quality 


🛠️ Skills Required:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • After Effects (Basic to Intermediate)
  • CapCut / DaVinci Resolve knowledge is a plus
  • Basic Photoshop or Canva knowledge
  • Understanding of YouTube & Instagram algorithms
  • Strong sense of storytelling and emotional editing
  • Audio syncing and sound balancing knowledge
  • Fast editing speed with creativity
