Job Description
- -Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, Reporting on debtors and creditors
- Handle office documentation, filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- -Complete Knowledge of accounts, pay roll, GST filing, TDS Entries, Tally ERP prime Knowledge.
- Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies, Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods
- -Manage stationery, courier services, and general administrative tasks.
- Managing day-to-day transactions, Processing business expenses,
- -Support sales activities by preparing quotations, sales orders, and maintaining customer records.
- -Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and payments.
- -Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
