Sales Executive Roles & Responsibility -
• Proper answer to calls received.
• Proper Sales calling on lead received.
• Proper information of all the products sold on website.
• Speak nicely to students and try to convert into sales
• After sales support and Rating from customer
• Proper marking of leads like Interested/NR/NI
• All information regarding faculty information, technical requirement, Books, No. of hours, No. of lecture, recording option available, dispatch details are communicated to each and every student.
• Achieve Best conversion ratio
• Help student in after sales services and try to solve their Dispatch/Technical and other queries.
• Proper and timely follow up of each and every leads
• Balance recovery of your student.
• Marketing on marketing day
• No discount to any student
• No student fees in your personal account.
• Sending information to all the students which are Shared by faculties through Whatsapp Broadcast (very Imp)
