Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer with 2–5 years of experience in outbound and Inbound sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and closing sales for tailoring CAD software, laser machines, and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managed inbound and outbound sales calls, engaged prospective customers, understood requirements, and converted leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients
• Present product features, benefits, effectively to customers
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Consistently follow up with prospects and convert opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Strong communication skills (English/Telugu/ Hindi preferred)

Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities

Ability to understand and explain technical products

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach

Experience in B2B or industrial/technical sales is an added advantage

Any Graduate
