Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and closing sales or setting appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Explain company products and services clearly and effectively.
• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Record call details and customer information accurately.
• Handle objections and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Good listening skills and positive attitude.
