Job Description
1)Credit Card Sales
Achieve monthly sales targets for new credit card applications.
Promote suitable SBI Card products based on customer requirements.
2)Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Provide post-sales support and address customer queries.
3)KYC & Documentation
Collect and verify customer documents.
Ensure applications comply with company and regulatory guidelines.
4)Branch Coordination
Work closely with SBI branch staff to generate customer referrals.
Support branch activities related to card sourcing and customer service.
