REMAC is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with hands-on experience in desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting, refurbishment and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Desktop & Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Desktop & Laptop Assembly & Disassembly
  • Hardware Component Replacement (RAM, SSD, HDD, Motherboard, Processor, LCD, Keyboard, Battery, Fan, Hinges, etc.)
  • Hardware Testing & Quality Check
  • Refurbishment & Reworking of Desktop/Laptop Systems
  • Fault Diagnosis & Repair
  • Product Cleaning, Inspection & Final QC
  • Handling Computer Hardware Tools & Equipment
  • Maintaining Repair Records
  • Following Company SOPs and Quality Standards

Required Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Desktop & Laptop Hardware
  • Hardware Troubleshooting Skills
  • Repair & Refurbishment Experience
  • Component-Level Identification
  • Basic Soldering Knowledge (Preferred)
  • Good Learning Attitude & Teamwork
