Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Manager to lead and manage on-ground operations for a political campaign. The role involves overseeing field staff, executing campaign strategies, and ensuring effective voter outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute field strategies in coordination with the Campaign Director
• Manage daily field operations and field force performance
• Coordinate with State Heads, Regional Coordinators, and teams
• Conduct team meetings and provide guidance and feedback
• Execute high-impact on-ground campaigns end-to-end
• Manage field logistics, resources, and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Political Science/Communications preferred)
• Experience in political campaigns or grassroots work
• Team handling/management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
