Job Description

this is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Chakan, pune.

The CRM Executive will manage customer accounts, ensure timely communication with clients, analyze customer data to suggest improvements, and support sales and marketing teams to enhance customer retention. Responsibilities also include maintaining and optimizing the company’s CRM platform to ensure efficient functionality and alignment with business goals.
