Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Real Estate)

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for our real estate team. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. The role involves meeting clients, handling site visits, and assisting customers in property selection. Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customers effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries
• Generate leads through calls, references, and field activities
• Schedule and conduct site visits with clients
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
• Maintain daily reports and update CRM

Key Requirements:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong customer handling ability
• Willingness to work in field sales
• Positive attitude and target-driven approach

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 + Attractive Incentives
