Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled Genset Technician / Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diesel generator sets. The candidate should ensure timely service support, customer satisfaction, and smooth execution of service calls.

  • Key Responsibilities:Attend breakdown/service calls for DG sets at customer locations.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of generators.
  • Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults and provide quick resolutions.
  • Ensure timely completion of service reports and job documentation.
  • Promote spare parts, oil, and AMC services to customers.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through quality service support.
  • Coordinate with branch team for spare parts and service scheduling.
