Experience: Fresher with strong basics can apply. 1–3 years of solar/electrical field experience preferred.

About the RoleSolar County is building a professional service and AMC system for residential and small-to-medium commercial solar projects. We are looking for an Electrical Engineer or Diploma Engineer who can inspect solar projects, prepare proper technical reports, coordinate follow-up work, maintain project files, and support our AMC operations.

The candidate will be responsible for checking the electrical health of solar plants, identifying problems, preparing clear reports, coordinating with service teams and vendors, and maintaining complete documentation of each project.

This is a very important role because Solar County’s AMC business depends on quality inspection, correct reporting, timely follow-up, and proper completion records.

Key Responsibilities1. Solar Project Electrical InspectionThe candidate will visit residential and commercial solar project sites and inspect the electrical condition of the system.

Inspection work will include:

  • Solar inverter inspection
  • DC side checking
  • AC side checking
  • Earthing condition checking
  • Lightning arrester checking
  • ACDB / DCDB inspection
  • Cable routing and cable condition checking
  • Connector, joint, and termination checking
  • Structure-related electrical safety observation
  • Panel-side basic visual inspection
  • Shadow, dust, damage, or performance-related observations
  • Inverter error checking
  • Generation and performance observation
  • Safety and workmanship quality checking

The candidate should be able to understand whether the solar plant is working safely, properly, and efficiently.

2. AMC Visit and Service SupportThe engineer will support Solar County’s AMC activities for residential and commercial solar users.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct scheduled AMC inspection visits
  • Check plant condition as per AMC checklist
  • Record generation data and system performance
  • Identify electrical issues before they become major problems
  • Coordinate with washing/service team if cleaning or maintenance is required
  • Support emergency service visits if needed
  • Give technical inputs for repair, replacement, or improvement
  • Track pending work under AMC customers
  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

3. Report PreparationAfter every inspection or visit, the candidate must prepare a clear and professional report.

Reports may include:

  • Site visit report
  • Electrical inspection report
  • Solar plant health report
  • AMC visit report
  • Fault finding report
  • Material replacement recommendation
  • Work completion report
  • Before-and-after service report
  • Customer observation and feedback report

  • Coordinate with technicians for repair work
  • Follow up with customers for approval, access, or documents
  • Follow up with vendors for material or equipment support
  • Track service complaints until closure

  • Update completion status in office records or CRM
  • Inform management about important technical or customer issues

5. File Completion and DocumentationThe candidate will maintain complete technical documentation for each AMC customer and project.

7. Industry and Product UpdatesThe candidate must regularly keep track of solar industry updates related to electrical equipment and service quality.

  • Solar connectors and cables

The candidate should help Solar County improve service quality by bringing useful technical updates to the team.
