Role Overview

You own the people engine. Build systems that attract, hire, and retain the team that drives our growth — across sales, operations, and content. No bureaucracy. High ownership.

What You’ll Do

• Design and run end-to-end hiring pipelines for sales, ops, and creative roles

• Screen, interview, and onboard candidates fast — without cutting quality

• Build compensation structures, incentive frameworks, and retention playbooks

• Maintain HR hygiene: offer letters, agreements, attendance, performance records

• Be the culture anchor — resolve conflicts, run check-ins, flag early attrition risks

• Partner directly with founders to build org structure as we scale

You’re a Fit If You

• Have 1–3 years in HR, talent acquisition, or people ops (startup experience preferred)

• Can move fast — open role to offer in under 7 days when needed

• Communicate clearly in Hinglish and can hold candid conversations

• Are proactive, not reactive — you spot a hiring gap before it becomes a problem

• Can manage 5+ open roles simultaneously without dropping the ball

Compensation

• Fixed: ₹20,000–₹28,000/month

• Performance Bonus: Tied to time-to-hire, retention rate, and hiring quality

• Top performers earning ₹40,000+/month
