Job Description
GIGGLES SmartPlay is a premium indoor play area for children. We are looking for energetic, responsible, and child-friendly team members who love working with kids.
- Key Responsibilities
- Welcome children and parents with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Supervise children during play sessions to ensure their safety at all times.
- Guide children on the proper use of play equipment and games.
- Ensure all play areas are clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Sanitize play equipment, toys, and high-touch surfaces as per hygiene standards.
- Assist with birthday parties, special events, and activity sessions.
- Encourage children to participate in games and activities while creating a fun atmosphere.
- Report any damaged equipment or safety concerns immediately.
- Assist in serving food and beverages during birthday parties and events, if required.
- Support the reception team during busy hours when needed.
- Follow all safety, emergency, and company procedures.
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass (Higher qualifications are welcome).
working hours
Monday to friday : 4 pm to 9pm
saturday and sunday : 11 am to 9pm
Weekly off on rotation basis.
